509 has determined that 509 Tactical 3.0 helmets and 509 for Polaris Tactical 3.0 helmets (Youth, Mountain, and Trail helmets) fail to comply with some marked certification standards and may not provide sufficient protection in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury. As of February 17, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

This recall involves one lot of Blizza Brands Inc.'s Cloudz 7g dried cannabis flowers. This product was sold through authorized retailers in Ontario. Hazard identified The affected product may contain mould. In certain individuals, exposure may result in allergic symptom such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny nose or nasal congestion, and watery or itchy eyes. The use of, or exposure to a mouldy product may cause temporary adverse health consequences, where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote. To date, Blizza Brands Inc. and Health Canada have not received any complaints related to the recalled lot. Neither Blizza Brands Inc. nor Health Canada have received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled cannabis product lot. Number Sold 120 units of recalled product were sold. Time Period Sold The recalled product was sold from January 27, 2025 - February 4, 2025.

Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence and Aerco Esteem Gas Boilers recalled due to risk of carbon monoxide poisoning

The boilers can release carbon monoxide (CO) due to delayed ignitions or component damage, posing a risk of serious injury or death. As of February 21, 2025, the company has received no reports of CO leaks in Canada, and no reports of injuries nor death. In the United States, the company has received 25 reports of CO leaks from the recalled boilers and 2 reports of death due to CO poisoning associated with the recalled boilers.
